1️⃣ No Parties or Events
We do not allow parties or events to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. You may host small friendly gatherings, but large parties are not permitted. Security systems and outdoor cameras monitor noise and motion for compliance. A $300 fine applies for violations.
2️⃣ Quiet Hours (10PM–8AM)
Please respect quiet hours to maintain neighborhood peace.
3️⃣ No Smoking
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee applies if detected.
4️⃣ Pet Policy
We happily welcome dogs under 20 lbs (maximum 2). A $50 pet fee per stay applies.
Please:
Keep pets off furniture and beds
Do not leave pets unattended
Clean up after pets using your own waste bags
5️⃣ No Shoes Indoors
Please remove shoes inside to help maintain cleanliness. Slippers are welcome!
6️⃣ Self-Catering Home
Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) are provided. Guests may restock as needed during their stay.
7️⃣ Early Check-In
Available case by case, depending on same-day check-outs. Requests must be made 1 day prior. Additional fee may apply.
8️⃣ Late Check-Out
Also case by case, depending on next guest arrival. Please notify us 1 day in advance to coordinate with our cleaners.
9️⃣ Lost & Found
Please double-check for belongings before departure. If you leave something behind, we can return it for a $50 handling fee + shipping cost (receipt provided).
🔟 Trash Collection
If your stay includes Thursday night, please help by pushing out the trash bin for pickup.
